[Sparforte] SparForte 2.6.4 Released

SparForte is a scripting language, template language and shell based on 
Ada and Bourne shell. It has been in development for over 20 years and 
has about 131,000 lines of code.

This is a bug fix release for GCC 13 issues and bugs.

SparForte is now compiling on FSF/GCC  Ada 13.3 with a few OpenGL 
functions commented out in the source code.  Also, certain functions had 
to be reordered in the source code because of new GCC rules around class 
functions dependencies.

It has not been tested against FSF/GCC Ada 14.
