[Sparforte] SparForte and Docker containers

Hello Folks,

Over New Years i built Docker containers with SparForte and CentOS7 and 
Ubuntu.  I have placed the example "Dockerfile" configuration files in a 
new "docker" folder in the source code.

A known issue is that the provision script installs dependencies for a 
full SparForte build, making the container larger than it may need to be.
